The Gazelle Ultimate receives the Prestigious iF Award for Product Innovation
Gazelle Bikes, the 127-year-old Dutch brand, has launched its 2020 product line with the unveiling of the new Gazelle Ultimate T10 HMB, the epitome of sophistication with a sporty and comfortable ride. Featuring a dynamic and stable low-step frame, the Ultimate combines a Shimano XT groupset, newest generation Bosch Performance Line Cruise motor with integrated PowerTube 500 battery, and a road-smoothing suspension fork to deliver a delightfully spirited ride with excellent handling characteristics for bicycle rides near and far.

Adding to the excitement, the new 2020 Gazelle Ultimate has been awarded the prestigious iF Award for product innovation. Taking place in Hannover, Germany, the awards are held annually by the iF International Forum Design GmbH, with this year seeing over 6,400 entries from 50 countries.
67 jury members made up of independent experts from across the globe commended Gazelle’s Ultimate for its comfort and sports performance, stating
“This is evident in the design, in its sharp sporty lines and round comfortable form. The integration of the head tube, fork, down tube and bracket flow seamlessly together. The Gazelle Ultimate is stable at high and low speeds with great maneuverability and low friction. The active seating posture is ideal as a commuting or touring bike. Design, performance and quality are key features of the Gazelle Ultimate.”
The iF Design Award has been a recognized hallmark of high quality and excellent design for 66 years. The organization bestows awards in the following categories: Product, Packaging, Communication and Service Design/UX, Architecture and Interior Architecture and Professional Concept. All winning entries are included in the iF World Design Guide and the iF design app, as well as exhibited at the iF design exposition in Hamburg, Germany.
From its award-winning design to its refined product integration and unsurpassed levels of comfort, the Ultimate T10 delivers on all checkpoints. The new Gazelle Ultimate electric bike will begin delivering to Gazelle partner retailers in November 2019 with an MSRP of $3,799 USD.
